The apartments are spacious, bright and modern.

They are located on the third floor of the building. The terrace offers a wonderful view of the promenade.

It consists of two rooms. The first room has a king size bed, a wardrobe and a terrace. The second room has two beds, wardrobe, kitchen, TV, terrace and bathroom. There is also a corridor at your disposal.

The total accommodation capacity is 4 people.

The apartments were carefully renovated and every detail was taken care of – as if we were building an apartment for ourselves. It is designed in the style of modern minimalism. Harmonious beige colors provide a sense of home and security. With a feeling of beauty and fulfillment, the apartments are very comfortable. All technical elements are expertly selected: televisions with a superior picture, high-quality refrigerator and stove.

We chose the most comfortable beds.

The bathroom has a shower cabin with a sitting area. There is also a hairdryer in the bathroom. We have provided shampoo and shower gel.
In the hallway there is a space for shoes, a hanger for jackets and chests of drawers. There is also another TV where you will get information about Novi Pazar, current events and tourist tours in the area.

The apartments are located in Novi Pazar in the city center, above the promenade, just 5 minutes from the main town square, and 13 minutes from the bus station.

The apartments are located on the third floor. They are located in front of the Bosniak National Council building. The entrance is located under the pharmacy with a large green cross advertisement.

There is a parking lot behind the building, which is at your disposal free of charge.
